I am a registered Health Psychologist with a decade of experience and a special interest in women's health, including perinatal mental health (pregnancy and postpartum), body image and disordered eating, women's pain, and fertility challenges.
I have a particular interest in supporting mothers, exploring matrescence and the specific challenges that mothers face in society today.
I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to your individual needs and therapy goals, including somatic and experiential modalities such as Schema Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy.
I practice with a feminist and matricentric feminist lens, taking into consideration the social structures that influence our wellbeing. In supporting clients with body image and eating disorder concerns, I am committed to a non-diet approach, applying the principles of Health at Every Size.
I offer in-person sessions in the bayside area, Melbourne, and via telehealth. I work Tuesday-Thursday.
