Bryan Neo is a clinical psychologist who works with adults, including the LGBTQIA+ community. He offers evidence-based assessment and treatment for anxiety, stress, depression, interpersonal difficulties, life stressors, and men's mental health. He aims to provide a warm and supportive environment for clients to reflect on life's concerns, while providing them with practical skills to manage their difficulties. His treatment approach integrates modalities such as cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, schema therapy, and dialectical behaviour therapy.
Bryan has experience preparing court reports (e.g., pre-sentencing, risk assessment). He also has experience with the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI), a measure of personality and psychopathology.
Bryan's clinical practice is informed by his PhD research on psychological assessment and work at the UNSW Parent-Child Research Clinic, NSW Health, and NSW Department of Communities and Justice.
