Bryan is a clinical psychologist who works with adult clients, including the LGBTQIA+ community. He offers evidence-based assessment and treatment for anxiety, stress, depression, interpersonal difficulties, perfectionism, adjustment to life stressors, and men's mental health, amongst other issues. He also has experience with Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) assessments. He aims to provide a warm and supportive environment for clients to have meaningful reflections about their concerns, while providing them with practical skills to manage their difficulties. His treatment approach integrates modalities such as cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, schema therapy, and dialectical behaviour therapy.
Bryan draws from a range of experiences to inform his clinical practice. This includes his PhD research on psychological assessment and his work at the UNSW Parent-Child Research Clinic, NSW Health, and NSW Department of Communities and Justice.
