Inke is a registered psychologist, who has experience working with a variety of presentations. She provides a safe space for LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients and has experience working with clients of all genders, sexual orientations, and relationship styles.
Inke provides a curious, empathetic and collaborative environment to support individuals in creating more meaningful lives through expanding their psychological flexibility and self-compassion.
Inke highly values between session practice of learnt techniques to allow clients experience agency, competence and continuity.
Her special interests lie in helping adults process unresolved childhood experiences and trauma, drawing on Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and the ideas of Internal Family Systems (IFT).
Inke is a Certified Schema Therapist with advanced training in EMDR. She is passionate about using experiential and creative approaches such as Chairwork and Imagery to support her treatment.
