Michelle, a registered psychologist and teacher, provides counselling and assessment services. She has experience in assessing young people�s innate ability to learn, their academic skills, behaviour and developmental abilities using various standardized and dynamic assessment procedures. Her vast teaching experience also enables her to provide individually tailored recommendations aimed at helping the young person to maximise on their learning opportunities and improve wellbeing. Michelle is able to assess and provide therapeutic intervention for individuals with symptoms of Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, ODD, OCD and Specific Learning Disorders such as Dyslexia.
Using a family centred approach, Michelle recognises that children and adolescents are not raised in isolation. She strongly believes in working collaboratively with families, teachers and the child/adolescent using a strengths based approach to empower families.
