Leah is a registered Psychologist holding a Master of Psychology (Organisational and Human Factors) and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).

Leah supports people with a range of issues such as anxiety (generalised, social, health and panic disorder), stress and burnout, depression and low mood, sleep issues, emotional regulation, grief and loss, relationship and communication issues, career and life changes and women and mens health issues.

Leah is a Certified CBTi (insomnia) Practitioner (ASA).

Leah offers both face-to-face and telehealth services.

Leah believes strongly in providing a practical approach to therapeutic approaches incorporating psychological interventions such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy), Positive Psychology, Solution Focused Brief Model Therapy, Schema and Narrative Therapy.
