Erfan Nasheri is dedicated to understanding the development of problematic patterns by means of thorough assessment to inform evidence-based and effective intervention. He has experience in both government and private settings, assisting individuals and couples. Erfan also has experience in managing multidisciplinary teams in the health sector.
Erfan endeavours to provide a respectful, safe and non-judgemental therapeutic space to allow clients to safely explore their past/current experiences and address their difficulties so they can improve their quality of life and psychological wellbeing. He takes a transdiagnostic integrative clinical approach from different modalities, theoretical frameworks, systems & attachment theory.
