Morag also uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. She obtained a Master of Science in Counselling Psychology at the University of Roehampton in London and has over 19 years of experience of offering therapy.
Morag provides a caring environment where clients can feel safe to explore their issues. She works with clients to deepen their insights into their challenges, then she uses and teaches strategies to help overcome or manage them. This process facilitates growth and enables greater fulfilment in life.
Morag has worked in management roles in the Psychology field. She also facilitates mental health and wellbeing workshops.
