Jacqui is a compassionate psychologist experienced in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. Clients may come to therapy wanting to improve their mood, overcome anxiety or trauma. They may also want to explore changes or work through challenges occurring in their life. Jacqui works with clients who have been diagnosed with BPD, or have experienced psychosis, along with other conditions like depression, anxiety or PTSD. Jacqui takes a flexible, client-centred approach to support clients using evidence-based therapies, mainly drawing upon Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing. She is experienced in working with clients with diverse backgrounds, including those who identify with the LGBTQ+ Community.

Taking the first step in reaching out for support can be really difficult, and the friendly admin team at Forest Family Psychology where Jacqui practices will be able to assist with the next steps.
