Kate is a general and performance psychologist with a Master of Psychology (Sport and Exercise) from the University of Queensland. Before training as a psychologist, Kate worked in the corporate world, education and performance. She has practised in a wide range of settings, including in the performing arts, sport and exercise, psychology clinics and community support services, as well as being part of the 2018 Commonwealth Games. Kate has a genuine, warm and respectful style, and believes that everyone has the potential to realise their own strengths. She provides an evidence-based approach to help individuals create positive change in their lives by improving self-awareness, and developing and maintaining mental, social and physical well-being. She is interested in the relationship between physical and mental/emotional health.
Kate works with individuals 18+yrs of age.
