If youre looking to improve yourself, change your self talk, more effectively manage challenging behaviours from your children, deal with past experiences, or deal with topics and conversation you dont feel comfortable speaking to your family/ friends about, this is the space for you. I believe in creating a safe and nurturing environment where individuals are able to express themselves without fear of judgement.

I am able to offer a multitude of psychological practices including CBT, compassion focused therapy, ACT strategies etc. to assist individuals in working through accepting changes and the grief and loss associated with this.

Regardless of your situation or the struggles you are currently experiencing, Im happy to walk with you, help you through it and work towards your goals together. Sometimes its hard to do something alone, and having someone beside you to listen and guide can take the burden off.
