I seek to help individuals who that are looking to optimize their performance across various domains such as sports, work, or education. These clients may be experiencing difficulties related to emotional regulation, self-esteem, and achieving their personal and professional goals due to a lack of mental fitness, focus, or resilience. My ideal client is motivated to enhance their performance, seeking guidance to develop effective strategies that will help them manage stress, boost their confidence, and cultivate an unshakable mindset. This includes clients with ADHD that are seeking strategies for everyday living.
My therapeutic approach draws from ACT, Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT, Interpersonal Therapy, and Narrative Therapy approaches exploring: unconscious patterns of thinking and past experiences that might influence current behaviours.
