I am a psychologist who is neurodivergent. I enjoy working with young people, adults, and families to provide assessment and intervention for various life challenges. My interest areas include excessive gaming, autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties including underachievement in those with high intellectual potential. I have completed a Master of Clinical Family Therapy and provide family therapy.
I strive to help clients build insight into themselves and their unique strengths and challenges and relate them to the right psychological techniques and tools. I consider myself to be warm, light-hearted, forward looking and respectful. You're likely to find me most days wearing sneakers and resisting the urge to game.
I work within a LGBTIQ+ and gender diverse safe space. I utilise IFS, EMDR, and a mixture of complimentary therapies. I work exclusively online.
