Dr Emily Hines is a Clinical Psychologist with over 14 years of experience working in non-government organisations and private practice, treating people experiencing a range of difficulties.

Emily has a particular interest in working with adult clients presenting with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, interpersonal difficulties, and self-esteem issues. Emily is passionate about promoting psychological growth, empowerment, and valued living.

Emily flexibly integrates a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) and brief psychodynamic therapy, depending on a client�s individual needs and preferences. Emily places a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship as an agent of change and creates a supportive and professional environment.
