Aisling Malone is a clinical psychologist with over 13 years experience working in various roles across schools, private practice and the public mental health centre. Aisling works with children, adolescents, parents and young adults, using an evidence-based approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Aisling works with a range of presentations including depression, anxiety, behavioural issues, trauma, and body image concerns. Aisling also has considerable experience working with eating disorders and is trained in Family Based Therapy and CBT-E.
