My aim is to support you to feel safe in your recovery and healing process. Treatment includes somatic (mind-body) approaches that encourage you to reconnect with yourself, and start to see the beauty in your tapestry of life.
You will find me to be warm, compassionate and genuine. My main priority with your treatment is to ensure a non-judgemental, caring and supportive therapy relationship where you feel safe, heard and validated. The goal is to assist you with what it is you wish to learn, heal, explore, or understand about yourself.
My approach to treatment is tailored to meet your specific needs and treatment goals. I draw on a variety of techniques in session, plus equip you with tools to support your healing process. I also value holistic approaches to treatment, and have advanced training in trauma-informed practices including Mindfulness and Yoga.
