Christine Harding takes a strengths-based approach in her work, emphasising person-centred goals; her aim is to support clients to live their BEST life according to THEM.
Christine�s previous roles have been in the areas of disability and justice; her experience includes individuals, couples, and groups.
Christine is now the director of Hargan Psychology, Hawthorn, which provides services for young people, adults, couples and families; individual counselling � family therapy, cognitive and educational assessments and forensic/risk assessments and reports.
Christine is also the developer of B.E.S.T. Programs (for Kids, Parents or Teens), after years of working in the juvenile justice and educational environments and conducting extensive research.
Christine's published thesis has assisted her to recognise barriers to help-seeking and provided her with opportunities to address issues that may preclude therapy engagement.
