Claire supports clients using her warm, compassionate and collaborative approach. Claire works directly with her clients to help them identify and then address their personal well-being goals to help them to build a life that feels worth living. Claire has worked with a range of clients, with a diverse range of mental health conditions, and has developed a specialty in supporting clients who are dealing with emotional dysregulation challenges (including Borderline Personality Disorder, unhelpful patterns in relationships and difficulty relating/responding to others, anger, impulsivity, self-harm and risk), longstanding depression or anxiety, and trauma (PTSD and chronic PTSD). Claire is also experienced in working with mood disorders grief/bereavement, family conflict, coping skills, and personality disorders including borderline and narcissism.
