My understanding of anxiety, depression and challenges to self-worth emerge out of my experience of being a client in therapy, being a therapist, conducting research and lecturing on mental health concerns. The anguish and pain that often leads people into therapy is also the basis for personal development, empowerment and wellbeing. I provide you with a safe environment in which to express yourself.
