For over 13 years, Kelly Rowlands has worked as a psychologist supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. Kelly strives to support her clients to reach their treatment goals by providing individualised support through the use of evidence-based therapies. Kelly believes a life lived well is based on connections including good relationships with yourself, family, friends, and the community. Kelly has a special interest and expertise in youth mental health. She has experience working with young people in the high school setting, at Headspace and in private practice. Kelly has also worked with children in a primary school setting and in private practice. Kelly is passionate in supporting adults and young people through significant life events including grief and loss, family separation, relationship breakdowns and difficulties, career challenges and trauma. Kelly understands that life can be challenging and she aims to make her clients feel supported during these times.
