Rhonda is an experienced clinical psychologist who provides individual therapy for adults, with a focus on women�s wellbeing and lifestyle medicine. She provides menopause-informed mental health and wellness support to assist midlife women to thrive. Rhonda provides space to explore and address the unique challenges of, and opportunities for growth for midlife women. This includes perimenopausal depression and anxiety, adjustment to midlife changes and menopause, sleep, coping with hot flushes, alcohol use (mild to moderate), and midlife growth. General presentations include anxiety (generalised, social, panic), depression, insomnia, self-confidence and self-esteem, stress management (work, home, university), mild to moderate alcohol use, vaping, life transitions. She uses evidence-based treatments including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Motivational Interviewing and mindfulness-based therapies.
