Krystal is a clinical psychologist with more than 13 years experience in diagnosing, assessing and treating adult clients with a range of conditions including depression, anxiety, social phobia, panic attacks, grief, adjustment disorder, and interpersonal issues. She has a particular interest in working with those with perinatal and postnatal depression, anxiety issues and trauma. She enjoys working with people from a range of backgrounds and cultures.
Krystal works with clients in a person centered approach using a range of interventions depending on what best suits the client she is treating. She draws from evidence based therapies such as cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, neuropsychotherapy approaches, mindfulness, solution focused, and positive psychology.
Krystal is empathic, supportive, genuine, and down to earth. She provides a safe therapeutic environment where clients are able to open up and gain the most out of their therapy experience.
