Medicare Psychologist Provider

Telehealth available

As a dedicated psychologist I value the importance of a strong therapeutic alliance one that is built on trust, safety and genuineness. I offer a non-judgmental, warm, and approachable space where you can feel truly supported.

My approach is professional, ethical, trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and collaborative. I walk alongside my clients as we work together to navigate challenges, build insight, and move toward meaningful, lasting change always at a pace that feels right for you.

I bring not only professional experience but also lived experience. I understand the complexities and deep resilience that often come with caring roles and rebuilding ones life after unexpected trauma.

With extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals and take a strengths-based, affirming approach to supporting those with autism, ADHD, and other neurodiverse profiles. I am also proud to be an inclusive, LGBTQIA+ friendly practitioner who welcomes all humans, exactly as they are.
