Dr Kathryn (Kath) Baker is a clinical psychologist working with adolescents and adults. She specialises in Compassion Focused Therapy and uses evidence-based approaches to support people with anxiety, depression, trauma, psychosis, and life transitions.
Kath values inclusivity and creates a compassionate, safe space to help clients explore their experiences and build practical tools for change. She has a special interest in trauma-focused therapy and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Kath also provides therapy for psychologists and those in helping professions. As a board-approved supervisor, she mentors provisional, registered, and clinical psychologists.
