Dr Kate Taylor is a Clinical Psychologist with substantial experience working with infants, children, adults and families experiencing a range of difficulties including anxiety and depression, child developmental and behavioural problems, parent/child and family relationship difficulties and health-related difficulties. She has a particular interest in assisting families through life transitions and challenges such as pregnancy and parenting, grief and loss, and health-related difficulties, and facilitating individual growth and wellbeing.
Kate works collaboratively with her clients and uses a range of therapeutic approaches individualised to clients� specific needs, including Cognitive Behavioural and Schema Therapies, EMDR, systems and family therapies and attachment-based approaches.
Kate also has a particular interest in clinical supervision and mentoring of psychologists, secondary consultation, and teaches in postgraduate clinical psychology training programs.
