Kylie Di Battista is a Counselling and Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years experience. She provides counselling for a wide range psychological challenges including anxiety, depression, panic attacks and relationship problems. During sessions she works with clients to offer strategies to manage the immediate difficulties, and also to address the issues underlying a current problem which may arise from family conflict, a low sense of self-esteem or intergenerational trauma. Often clients present during times of life transition, such as new parenthood or relationship breakdown, which can be portals to enormous transformation.
Kylie works in a non-judgemental and client-centred framework where the counselling relationship is a collaborative process. Her work is holistic and evidence-based. Central to her approach is the therapeutic dialogue where relationship patterns, uncomfortable thoughts and feelings, and unhelpful life patterns can all be explored in a non-judgemental way.
