I am an empathic and passionate Clinical Psychologist with over 24 years of dedicated experience in private practice. I have undergone extensive and advanced training and clinical supervision in the areas of Eating Disorders, Trauma, Neurodivergence, Schema Therapy, and attachment-oriented therapies (including Registration as a Circle of Security Parent Educator). I have a particular interest in offering trauma-informed and neuro-affirming support to adult clients who experience issues related to eating and body image (e.g., body dissatisfaction, comfort eating, chronic dieting, eating disorders, excessive exercise, weight loss) and the associated complex trauma that often accompanies eating disturbance. Where appropriate, my approach incorporates cognitive and behavioural therapies, attachment theory, schema therapy and EMDR. I work in a group practice with other very experienced female Clinical Psychologists and an ANZAED Eating Disorder Credentialed Accredited Practising Dietitian.
