I am a clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience working with adult clients in private practice. I have a warm and empathic style and aim to provide a safe and supportive space during psychotherapy. I work in partnership with my clients, letting their goals and needs inform the work we do together. I integrate a number of evidence-based modalities including cognitive behaviour therapy, mindfulness-based approaches and schema therapy.

I completed a combined PhD / Master of Clinical Psychology degree at Macquarie University in Sydney in 2008. Prior to qualifying as a clinical psychologist, I worked as a health promotion officer at NSW Department of Health, a case worker and a counsellor at a youth centre. I am a member of the Australian Psychological Society and a fellow of the College of Clinical Psychologists.
