Liz is a Clinical Psychologist with more than 25 years of experience. She has expertise in treating Post traumatic Stress Disorder in adults but also treats a range of other disorders including depressive disorders, anxiety disorders and other stress-related disorders. She also supports people with psychotic disorders in managing their lifestyles. She has a special interest in people whose symptoms have been precipitated by issues in their relationships when their partner is not open to couples counselling. Liz believes the keys to a good life are optimal mental health, having work and activities that give you a deep sense of purpose and joy, and having satisfying, loving relationships that nurture you to be the best you you can be. She does not believe that good mental health is simply the absence of symptoms. Rather, it also involves learning to connect with and work towards the qualities that make your life a great place to be, based on what is uniquely important to you.
