I am a clinical psychologist (MAClinPsych, ANU) with a graduate certificate in Relational Psychodynamic therapy and certificate in Relational Psychodynamic Therapy Supervision and consultation(Contemporary Psychodynamic Institute, Seattle, WA, USA).
I have also completed training in The Developmental Model of Couples Therapy through The Couples Institute (California). I work within a relational psychodynamic framework while drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness-based strategies.
I first registered as a psychologist in 2000 while working as a counsellor with adolescents and adults with drug and alcohol abuse and dependency issues. During my career, I have worked at the Ted Noffs Foundation, in organisational psychology with Centrelink and generalist and workplace-related counselling with an Employee Assistance Provider (EAP). I have been in private practice in the Inner West Sydney area since 2006.
