Renee has worked in supporting adults for over 25 years., working across the public and private mental health settings.
In her private practice Renee enjoys working with people who are navigating life events, decisions and transitions, recognising that stress, anxiety and depression may impact people on this journey. Renee has a passion for working with people to reach their potential, enhance their capabilities, improve wellbeing and make a positive difference in their life.
Renee adopts a practical approach and uses evidence based treatments tailored specifically for her clients. This may include integrating elements of CBT with mindfulness and coping strategies, DBT, ACT and MBCT.
