Since completing a Doctor of Clinical Psychology (Child, Adolescent and Family Specialisation) in 2001, I have worked in a variety of settings with young people. I currently work part-time with the Royal Childrens Hospital (RCH) Neurology Department with the Complex Movement Disorders Program and Complex Tourette Clinic, and have previously worked on the RCH Specialist Autism Team and community child and adolescent mental health teams (CAMHS). I also have over 18 years experience in private practice, where I provide assessment, therapy, and parenting in most areas of child and adolescent psychology. I have over 19 years experience in providing professional supervision to other psychologists, registrars and postgraduate students. Since 2014, I have also been providing professional training for therapists working with children and have co-authored two books for therapists. My approach to families and supervisees is supportive, respectful and responsive to their individual needs.
