Catherine offers in-person consultations in Blackburn as well as online consultations. She offers a warm disposition and a commitment to partnering with people to help them establish a sense of empowerment and become agents of their own personal growth. Catherine has been a registered psychologist and Clinical Neuropsychologist for over 30 years. She has a keen interest in the intersection of brain/behaviour and trauma-informed therapies and offers treatment for anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorder and adjustment disorder. Therapeutic modalities include Internal Family Systems (Level 1), brief trauma therapy (TRTP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
