I enjoy working alongside children, adolescents, and adults to better understand difficult thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and life experiences. I have a particular interest in supporting young people, including boys and young men.
I strive to create a warm, non-judgemental therapy space where people feel safe to speak openly. People of all backgrounds, identities, body sizes, and neurotypes are welcomed and respected, including LGBTQIA+ individuals. I value building on strengths and tailoring therapy to each persons needs.
I primarily draw upon Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), alongside principles from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I have experience supporting anxiety and phobias, OCD, emotion regulation difficulties, stress, depression, body image and eating concerns, and social and relationship difficulties.
