Dr Anna Devlin   MAPS

Telehealth available

Anna is a clinical and health psychologist who has a particular interest in the emotional and psychological aspects of health and illness. She works collaboratively to identify meaningful goals to build a valued life despite ongoing concerns which may be related to health, loss, work or other stressful life events.

You may be seeking to understand a recent diagnosis, need assistance coping with losses that have occurred after an illness or injury, or perhaps you feel misunderstood by others. You may spend a lot of time thinking about physical health symptoms or be confused by health symptoms that have no clear explanation.

Anna uses a range of evidence-based treatments including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (including CBTi for insomnia), Schema Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
