Dr Josephine Sinni   MAPS

Telehealth available

I am a registered psychologist and clinical neuropsychologist with a special interest in supporting adults with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and anxiety-related conditions, alongside promoting overall mental wellbeing and performance.

I can also assist with a range of other concerns, such as neurological conditions, low mood, and adjustment to significant life changes.

I value building strong therapeutic relationships. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and evidence-based. Together, we will develop practical coping strategies and take steps toward lasting, positive change.

With over 15 years of experience across hospital and community settings, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), mindfulness-based therapies, and Positive Psychology.

Please feel free to get in touch regarding an initial appointment. I look forward to hearing from you.
