I am a Clinical Psychologist working with children, adolescents, and adults, with a particular interest in ADHD, anxiety, emotional regulation, and behavioural difficulties. I support individuals and families in better understanding their challenges and developing practical, evidence-based strategies for change.
I provide comprehensive ADHD, cognitive (IQ), and academic assessments, offering clear diagnostic clarification, detailed reports, and practical recommendations for school, work, and ongoing treatment.
My approach is collaborative, structured, and tailored to the individual, drawing from evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, and behavioural approaches. When working with children, I involve parents and provide behavioural parenting support to promote consistency and positive change.
I aim to provide a clear, supportive, and goal-focused therapeutic space that builds insight, skills, and long-term outcomes.
