My practice focuses on working with adults experiencing a range of psychological presentations and I tailor therapy to the unique needs of each client, drawing on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
My goal is to support clients in developing greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and more fulfilling relationships�both with others and with themselves.
