As a mature-age clinical psychologist, Thali prioritises midlife adults (those aged 30-65), who are committed to gaining a deeper understanding of their inner world and their relationship to self, others, and the world. Thali works with adults presenting with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, adjustment, stress, transitional, spiritual and interpersonal issues, & complex trauma (from childhood). With a wealth of life experience and training in both Analytical/Jungian and clinical psychology, Thali employs psychodynamic, compassion-based mindfulness & interpersonal perspectives. She uses an experiential approach, so you can better understand your inner processes, less conscious psychological drivers, defences and relational patterns. She has an empathetic, caring, respectful manner, promoting selfcompassion & curiosity over self-judgment. The overarching goal being to develop a sense of psychological agency and a life-affirming, caring self-relationship, fostering inner growth.
