I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist, providing evidence-based interventions for individuals experiencing chronic stress, anxiety disorders, depression and mood disorders, trauma, and interpersonal difficulties.
I am passionate about supporting individuals cultivate healthful and meaningful lives. Utilising an embodied approach, I provide a range of evidence-based interventions that assist clients as they develop their strengths and overcome challenges. These interventions include Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness-based approaches.
I am also interested in the role of mind-body practices such as yoga in mental health and am a qualified Meditation Teacher and Senior Yoga Instructor, as well as Convener for the APS's Psychology and Yoga Interest Group. In my downtime, I enjoy being outdoors communing with nature and spending time with my family and friends.
