Jessica is an experienced Clinical Psychologist who provides a warm and empathetic environment for clients to work towards their therapeutic goals. She is experienced in the clinical assessment and management of a wide range of psychological difficulties experienced by adults, and has undertaken extensive training and supervision in the areas of Perinatal Mental Health, Eating Disorders, and Schema Therapy.
Jessica has a particular interest in working with individuals in the perinatal period, including conception, pregnancy, and post-birth. Areas of focus include perinatal grief/loss, perinatal depression and anxiety, birth trauma, expecting and new parents, body image concerns, and co-morbid eating disorders. Jessica is also trained as a Circle of Security Parent Educator.
Where appropriate, Jessica's approach includes cognitive and behavioural psychotherapies, schema therapy, and attachment theory.
