Jenny is a dedicated Registered Psychologist with a primary focus on supporting adult clients in developing resilience and achieving their utmost potential. She holds a Masters's degree in Psychology and is the Founder of Mindful Psychology Practice, located in Barangaroo and Sydney CBD.

Jenny has a special interest in anxiety disorders, mood disorders, life transitions, adjustment difficulties, relationship challenges, trauma, and grief and loss. She possesses a keen interest in helping individuals navigate life transitions and overcome challenges within the context of modern society. Her therapeutic approaches encompass CBT, ACT, EMDR, IFS, and Schema Therapy.

With a warm and empathetic, yet direct counselling style, Jenny adopts a flexible approach to therapy, tailoring it to suit the unique needs of each individual client. She strongly believes in a collaborative and evidence-based approach to therapy, aiming to assist clients in creating a fulfilling and meaningful life.
