Victoria is a Clinical and Health Psychologist with over 18 years of experience. She provides a compassionate and practical approach to therapy, helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, self-esteem, relationships, ADHD, women's health and perimenopause, chronic health conditions, and more.
Victoria creates a safe and inclusive space for all individuals to feel heard and understood. She draws on evidence-based approaches such as ACT, CBT, and Schema Therapy to tailor therapy to each person's unique needs. Passionate about personal growth and mental health, she works collaboratively with clients to build resilience, confidence, and practical skills for lasting change. She considers it a privilege to support individuals in their journey toward greater emotional health and wellbeing.
Victoria works with individuals aged 18 years old and over. She does not provide NDIS, WorkCover, or TAC services at this time.
