Medicare Psychologist Provider

Telehealth available

Trisha Nowland PhD is a registered psychologist trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Narrative Therapy. She has an enduring interest in social justice work, and approaches that work directly with your concerns about what is going on for you. Her focus is on therapies which take a relational and ecological focus, looking towards preferred outcomes in real life circumstances and navigating pathways in reach of your lived experience.

What is most important is arriving at an understanding of how you would most be interested in moving forward, in your circumstances. Trish has experience working with relationship issues, addictions, diversity concerns, trauma, and responses to violence.
