Adeline is a Doctor of Clinical Psychology and has worked in the mental health field since 2006. She has worked in public hospitals, community health centres and at child, adolescents and family mental health services. She now provides online psychological services to women 25 years and over, who are yet to be mothers to mitigate trans-generational trauma. She enjoys working collaboratively with women to help them heal core wound and live an authentic valued life. She has formal training in child, developmental and clinical psychology therefore understands the impact of childhood experiences and different stages of development across life span and is also a registered yoga teacher. She works pragmatically, creatively and provides holistic care established in evidence-based treatment tailored to the needs of each client. She has also conducted various research and authored journal articles. Her doctoral thesis examined childhood trauma, attachment and women's mental health.
