Nicole Skermer is a Counselling Psychologist with 18 years experience working with people experiencing Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Sleep disorders and Women's Health issues, from fertility to menopause and beyond.
Nicole has a genuine interest in the people she works with, and values creating a strong therapeutic relationship. She focuses on supportively engaging her clients to achieve long term meaningful change.
Nicole utilises Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy, and Mindfulness. She tailors her therapy to the individual needs of each client.
Nicole holds a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology, and is a member of both the Australian Psychological Society and the APS College of Counselling Psychologists.
