I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years experience utilising several evidence-based approaches to help my clients achieve their therapy goals. I predominantly employ Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in my work however believe that every person is unique so tailor therapy to each client.
