I have experience working across private practice, public health, university and community settings in Australia and the United Kingdom. Im a member of the Australian Psychological Society and a Board-approved supervisor.
I have skills in supporting people affected by chronic illness, particularly cancer. I am committed to offering a safe space for exploration and reflection during times of uncertainty and change.
I also have a particular interest and extensive experience in Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). I completed my original training in the UK and received monthly supervision from Prof. Paul Gilbert for five years. I bring this framework into both my clinical work and the supervision I provide.
People describe me as warm, thoughtful, and down-to-earth. I see therapy and supervision as collaborative journeys focused on growth, insight, and meaningful change.
