I have been working as a Registered Psychologist for over 15 years. I support my clients to understand how their psychological distress is caused and maintained, to increase their positive coping strategies, and to move forward with their lives despite the challenges life throws their way. I have a down-to-earth and warm approach. As well as providing treatment for all of the issues listed below, I have a special interest in treating insomnia and I am a certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi) Practitioner.
To be eligible for bulk-billing (up to 10 free sessions per year) or a Medicare Rebate you will need a GP referral & Mental Health Treatment Plan.
All sessions are conducted via end-to-end encrypted Telehealth (video call) software.
Limited weekend sessions are available and are billed at full-fee rate.
