Alexandra is a registered psychologist with over twenty years' experience working in the field of wellbeing and mental health. She has been in private practice since 2009.

With a background in Social Work, Alexandra initially gained experience as a therapist working with couples and families. In 2002 she was employed as a relationship counsellor with Relationships Australia and achieved accreditation via their supervisory program in 2003.

These early years shaped her passion for helping individuals and couples improve their interpersonal relationships both personally and professionally.

Driven to expand her knowledge in the human psyche and relational dynamics, Alexandra completed a Master of Social Science (Couple Counselling) at Swinburne University of Technology.

Alexandra believes the therapeutic relationship is an�essential element in supporting and encouraging change�and fosters a dynamic and collaborative approach.
