Craig utilises a combination of therapeutic modalities to assist clients get the outcomes they seek through counselling therapy. He uses a client centred approach, thus being guided by the clients needs, goals and aspirations.

In addition to helping clients deal with the here-and-now, Craig seeks to look deeper into, and understand the psychology behind a clients feelings and behaviours.
